After Miss Julie reviews - comments on Kelly Reilly:

"Kelly Reilly is utterly transfixing as Julie. An uppity little madam with the unreal sexiness of a nubile doll, she behaves like a child acting out an un-consciously grotesque parody of sophisticated adulthood" - from Paul Taylor's review of After Miss Julie in The Independent.

"It is the sense of Miss Julie as a lost soul that is beautifully caught in Kelly Reilly's astonishing performance" - from Michael Billington's review of After Miss Julie in Guardian Unlimited.

"Kelly Reilly brilliantly captures the spoilt hauteur and louche sensuality of Miss Julie" - from Charles Spencer's review of After Miss Julie in The Telegraph.

Interview with Kelly Reilly on After Miss Julie:

Kelly says: "It's incredibly destructive. There's violence, there's degradation and huge neediness from her.   She understands about power - she knows what sexual power can do to men." - from BBC News
